1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gateway Storage Ltd.'s services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Gateway Storage Ltd. provides secure storage, transportation, and management services for precious metals and bullion. Our services include:

  • • Secure storage facilities with 24/7 monitoring
  • • Insured transportation services
  • • Inventory management and reporting
  • • Online tracking and account management

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • • Providing accurate and complete information
  • • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • • Paying all fees and charges in a timely manner
  • • Notifying us of any changes to your contact information

4. Storage and Security

We maintain high-security standards for all stored items, including:

  • • 24/7 surveillance and monitoring
  • • Biometric access controls
  • • Comprehensive insurance coverage
  • • Regular security audits and inspections
  • • Climate-controlled environments

5. Insurance and Liability

All stored items are covered by comprehensive insurance policies. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in our insurance coverage and applicable Canadian law. We are not liable for losses due to:

  • • Acts of God or natural disasters
  • • Government actions or regulations
  • • Market fluctuations or investment losses
  • • Client negligence or misrepresentation

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are charged monthly and include storage, insurance, and administrative costs. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

7. Access and Withdrawal

Clients may access their stored items during business hours with proper identification and advance notice. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing and may take up to 48 hours to process.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all stored items must be removed within 60 days. Outstanding fees must be paid before final withdrawal.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Canadian arbitration laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
